Mechanic XGS P30 Special (BGA) Solder Paste 20gm

It is the best product available in the market if you are working with SMD components. This is one of the best inventions for home electronics builders. It has never been this easy to solder SMD components, just a little dab of solder, on with the component and into the oven, put it on 220°C wait until the oven has heated up, turn it off, and open the door, DONE. You may just dilute it with liquid flux to make it flow better. It can also be used with a small syringe to apply the solder to the PCB.
